I presently hold my Master's Degree in Social Work, and am licensed as a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with an immediate goal of sitting for my LCSW-C license in the very near future. I weigh heavily on a Person Center Approach and meeting my client where they are at, when working with all of my clients. I also take a wholistic approach when working with my clients, with the belief that our thoughts and feelings are a culmination of our life's past, present and future experiences.

I use a variety of components from several modern and proven modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Motivational Interviewing.  I pride myself in knowing that I meet my clients where they are at and for using a Person-Centered Approach, Strength's Based Approach and a Trauma Focused Lense. I hold additional credentials to work with clients of all varieties of Anxiety and Depression, including but not limited to, Phobia's, GAD and MDD as well as OCD and Grief. I work especially well with supporting clients who are trying to make sense of their life and their thoughts, everyone has a story, and I Thank You for inviting me to be a part of your story and supporting your healing and growth.
