Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Rising Wellness Counseling is a private mental health practice that provides therapeutic services through in-person visits and telehealth to individuals, families/couples, and groups.  We are currently seeking contracted mental health professionals to join our team.  We welcome out of state therapist but must be licensed in the State of MD.

Responsibilities

• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations.

• Complete all client documentations treatment plans, assessments, progress note, discharge summary etc. in an EMR system.

• Complete follow ups with referral sources and other community providers.

• Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.

Qualifications

Licensure at the LCSW-C/LCPC level preferred, with consideration of graduate-level licensure (LMSW/LGPC) based on clinical experience
