I have a master’s degree in social work, working towards my clinical license with a background in elementary education. I have over a decade’s worth of experience working with children from a wide variety of backgrounds. As a teacher I have worked in the public school, and Montessori school setting with children who have special needs, and with big behaviors, as well as their parents. I specialize in supporting those with ADHD, depression and anxiety through a person centered and trauma informed perspective; by working with clients to create realistic goals, and tools to achieve those goals.
 
My approach to therapy could be described as eclectic, I use approaches influenced by mindfulness, the arts; among other strengths based and person-centered approaches to help clients find and create tools to better understand themselves as well as the world around us. I am looking forward to working with anyone wanting to embark on their therapeutic journey.
