Nattawan Suwannimit (LMSW)
Psychotherapist
I am a licensed therapist with background in supporting children and families, particularly those navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, and the lasting impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, prioritizing the creation of a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place.
In our work together, my goal is to collaborate with clients to foster emotional well-being and resilience. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, play therapy, and grounding techniques, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether addressing emotional regulation, self-esteem, or the development of effective coping strategies, I focus on providing the tools and support to navigate life’s challenges, all while honoring the personal and relational impact of trauma.
By building a trusting, collaborative partnership, I aim to empower my clients to make meaningful progress toward healing and personal growth.
